Digital services
Sealing and related services begin when requested and may create individualized digital records. Except where law requires otherwise, completed or substantially performed digital services are non-refundable.
Problems with an order
If a paid service fails because of a SpinStream technical error, contact us with the transaction details. We will investigate and, as appropriate, retry delivery, correct the record, or issue a refund.
Duplicate charges
Report suspected duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly. Payment-processor rules and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
